Your team approves the use of the talent’s name, likeness, voice and creative materials. Existing music, footage, team marks and other third-party assets are included only where the necessary rights are available.

We coordinate specialist production around an agreed brief, including the reel format, features, visual treatment and mobile presentation. The project scope sets out milestones, review stages and the final approval process, giving your team a clear role throughout development.

Keep the game and player experience supported

Our role continues after the artwork is approved. We coordinate the agreed integration, ordinary maintenance, tracking and reporting, working with the relevant production and platform teams.

At Lucky Buddha, the casino team handles player accounts and customer support. For third-party placements, the hosting operator manages its players, while game support responsibilities are defined in the distribution agreement.

Prepare the game for launch

The agreed launch package can include a branded landing page, promotional artwork, referral links or codes, and materials for the talent’s channels. We plan these alongside production so the creative work, tracking and launch activity are ready together.

Game development also takes potential distribution into account. New operator integrations or cabinet adaptations are assessed separately against the requirements of each placement.

Development funded within the agreed scope

For selected partnerships, Windstorm funds development, setup, hosting and ordinary maintenance within the signed scope. Talent and their agencies pay no development, setup or monthly charge, and build costs are not recouped from their agreed revenue shares. Additional work or appearances are agreed separately.
